Work on this website begun, drafted nutrition plans and crop rotations.  Pity we still don't have 100 acres on which to begin setting up...

Provided a suitable block of agricultural land becomes available for long term lease, the farm can be up and running with limited production within a few months.  If land is found early enough, production targets could be met by the end of 2010, and full production by 2012.
